Employee Referral Program Poster for Star Insurance & AMR Insurance Brokers
This project involved designing a poster to promote a new collaboration between Star Insurance and AMR Connect Insurance Brokers.
- The Players: Star Insurance and AMR Brokers (sister companies under the same umbrella)
- The Goal: Encourage employees across all their sister companies (3,000 strong!) to refer friends and family for insurance coverage.
- The Incentive: Employees who successfully refer people earn a commission!
- My Role: Design a poster that clearly explains this program and motivates employees to participate.
The poster aimed to bridge the gap between a new program and a large employee base, ultimately boosting Star Insurance’s client reach.
Challenges Encountered During The Design Process
Reaching a Diverse Audience
The target audience spanned various demographics, potentially with varying levels of insurance knowledge.
Balancing Benefits & Simplicity
Clearly communicating the program’s benefits (earning commission) without overloading the poster with text.
Generating Excitement & Action
Create a visually appealing and informative poster that motivates employees to participate in the program.
I developed these two drafts. My clients requested gender equality in the main poster, more excitement, and a short concise copy message.
The FINAL PROJECT
Taking into account the feedback from Star Insurance and AMR Brokers, the initial design concepts were refined. The final poster features a clear call to action like “Are You Ready!” alongside concise details about the employee referral program. This ensures employees understand the benefits (earning commission) without getting overloaded with information. The final design maintains a clean and professional look while remaining visually appealing to capture employee attention and encourage participation.
